Dr Zodiak Carts (Dr. Zodiak’s Moonrocks Clear Cartridge) Review

Dr Zodiak Carts claims that its THC oil is 90% tested. Read our Dr Zodiak Cartridge Review to find out if these high percentage claims are accurate or another oil cartridge that inflates your numbers. We had to test these Moonrock Clear vaporizer cartridges from Dr Zodiak and we were very impressed with what we found. These THC cartridges are powerful and we also enjoy the taste. The name implies that these cartridges are more or less out of this world and, in fact, we tend to agree. With great flavours and a huge hit, we were not disappointed.

I was surprised to discover that there are replicas of Dr Zodiak cartridges on the black market (you will also find copies online). Counterfeits have weak amounts of THC content and are not as efficient as real vapour cartridges.

What should you know about Dr Zodiak’s moon rocks?

Originally, Moon Rocks were developed by Dr Zodiak himself and his partner Rapper Kurupt. The purpose of its creation was to create a cannabis high that was the best on the planet.

Along with their original Moonrocks, they featured Moonrock Ice, Moonrock Ice Blunts, and Edibles (including Bobby Blue’s Brownies). Its transparent Moonrock cartridge joined its product line providing another convenient and powerful way to use cannabis.

One look at Dr Zodiak’s Moonrock website and you will convince yourself that this is a serious operation that knows what they are doing. The site is well presented and easy to use, which convinces viewers that they can trust this brand.

There are some great hitters who are also fans of this brand, which helps us convince ourselves that Dr. Zodiak’s Moonrocks is the real deal.

They launched the brand in 2013 and since then some big names like Snoop Dogg, Travis Scott, Cardi B, Rae Sremmurd, Kodak Black, 21 Savage, 2 Chainz, XXX Tentacion and Lil Wayne are in their products, and that’s just some of Los well-known fans of this brand.

The brand aims to find new and innovative ways to help patients medicate and find relief at the request of their ailments. Its clear cartridges are part of this unit, giving users the opportunity to find relief on the go.

How does the product look?

We were quite impressed with the appearance of Dr Zodiak’s Moonrocks clear cartridges. They certainly have a very professional appearance. The glass tip combined with the elegant bunny logo makes them look like a high-quality option. While that doesn’t have an impact on how well the product impacts, it does help give you an idea on whether you’re getting something worthwhile and we feel this product looked great.

What about THC content?

This brand claims that its pre-filled cartridges contain 90% THC. We think it could be an overestimate. We can’t find any evidence on its THC content, so we can’t be sure. We’ve vaped the cartridges before, indicating lower THC content than these, and found that they had a more powerful impact, so we think you should take your 90% claims with a pinch of salt.

What about the taste?

Above all, what we liked most about these cartridges was their taste. These cartridges are made from cannabis that has been purified by several steps and is infused with natural terpenes.

We tried the Razzle Dazzle flavour and enjoyed its spicy flavour. It was not the flavour we expected, we thought it could be more fruitful than it was, but that was not a big problem. On the other hand, it was not the best flavour we have ever tasted.

There are also many other flavours to choose from. You can also choose Hardcore OG, Banana, Strawberry, Original, Gelato or Cotton Candy. They all seem to have quite authentic flavours, although again, we would say that they are not the best on the market. Still, they are not bad, and we believe that its flavour is its best feature.

What about the bumps?

The successes of real Moon Rocks clear cartridges are great. They are using the latest standard CCELL cartridge. Vaping the distilled oil with this cartridge is nice. There are fake cartridges that don’t produce much steam. Scroll down this page to see a picture of comparison between real and fake Moon Rocks Clear cartridge. The rips offered by these cartridges are smaller than those of other brands.

What about pesticides?

This brand claims to be completely pesticide free. We cannot be sure of that as we cannot find your test results online. Once a Dr Zodiak Carts Lab Test is available, we’ll update this review with them.

What about availability?

Availability seems to be an issue with Dr Zodiak’s Moonrocks brand. Currently, you can only purchase these cartridges in California. This leads people to connect to find them, and then you can’t be sure what you’re getting.

If you can’t buy them from a physical store, you could be ordering a fake product and you won’t get the best experience. The brand is expanding in more areas and they respond well to customer feedback and questions – if you can’t find them at a dispensary near you, they recommend that you request them from your dispensary or contact the brand directly.

How much?

The average price of a Moon Rocks Clear cartridge is $ 60 before tax. That’s the standard value for a premium hash oil cartridge within the bay space. Beware of counterfeits that you can buy for much less on Weedmaps or apps like Letgo and Offerup.

What about counterfeits?

Officially the Dr Zodiak Carts uses a CCell cartridge. This brand has counterfeits that do not use CCELL cartridges. We have heard reports from some users that they were experiencing a certain burnt flavour in their fake carts. Next, we added a comparison of the non-cellular cartridge and the authentic Moon Rock Clear cartridge.

Ah, the ever-present problem of fake cartridges! Unfortunately, no brand seems to be safe from counterfeiters trying to pass off inferior products as real. Dr Zodiak’s Moonrocks are also not immune to this problem.

They reported on their Instagram about Dr Zodiak’s fake Moonrocks clear cartridges circulating in the market. The brand itself tells customers to look for the bunny logo on the cartridge, which is supposed to be a sign that it is a genuine product. However, we have seen that these cartridges are offered for sale online with flavours that are not even in the current range of products of this brand, so imagine. We wrote a more detailed article on the current counterfeit cartridge epidemic in the United States.

Any other problem?

There are people who post comments online about the fake Dr Zodiak Carts, and some of them unaware that they are not using the actual product. Counterfeits are almost identical packaging, but the actual vape cartridge is different.

In addition to some reviews that have taste issues, you won’t find bad reviews on these cartridges. This is certainly a good quality distilled THC oil, but there are better options (for the same cost). Performance of vaping was the highlight of this Dr Zodiak Carts review.

Would we recommend Dr Zodiak Carts?

There are some good things about this brand. They appear to be reliable and the flavours are quite good. We also found that the results were not bad and that the THC content is quite high (even if it is probably not as high as stated on the package). This is a good general THC cartridge option for those who want to distil. Leave your own Dr Zodiaks Clear Moon Cartridge review in the comments below and share your experience with others.

There are a few negatives to consider, but the overall quality of the cart beats it. It is not difficult to determine if you are getting a fake product if you know what the real cart looks like.

We have no definitive proof of THC level or lack of pesticides and some of these cartridges are sold at outrageous prices.

With all this in mind, we have decided to recommend these cartridges with caution, but only if you buy them from a dispensary. That way, you can be more confident that you are getting a genuine product.
